Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is a large-scale master-planned development in Meydan, Dubai, created through a partnership between Emirati developer Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. Spanning 10 million square feet, the project is designed as a self-contained district that integrates residential towers with retail, leisure, wellness and mobility infrastructure. The concept is built around Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy and aims to deliver what the developers describe as a “city within a city.”

With a total of 15,000 units planned, the district includes studio and multi-bedroom apartments across 12 high-rise towers. The development also features The Grand Promenade — a cultural and public core with retail galleries, cafés, lifestyle spaces, parks and public zones designed around 12 urban life scenarios. Additional amenities include Skyline Jogging Path, Sky Infinity Pool, podium pools, private pools, fitness centres, spa services, yoga zones, outdoor wellness areas, entertainment studios, F&B infrastructure, concierge service, valet parking, smart engineering systems, acoustic comfort solutions, and solar photovoltaic panels. This marks Binghatti’s first master-planned community and the first branded collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, valued at USD 8.2 billion (AED 30 billion).
